Who we are

Onyra is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. You can reach us at hello@onyrahq.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• your name and email address
• your type of business and how many accounts you run
• the platforms you use
• a link to your website or profile, if you give one

Why we collect it

We use this information only to contact you about early access to Onyra, and to understand whether our service is a good fit for you. The legal basis is that you have asked us to contact you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes the data on our behalf. Netlify is based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the EEA under the safeguards set out in Netlify's data processing agreement. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts (bunny.net), an EU-based service, so your browser sends your IP address to it when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, and for no longer than 12 months if we don't start working together.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@onyrahq.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
